Project Description
Built in 1956, this midcentury modern rambler renovation is an ongoing project that has been completed in stages. The homeowner completed the living room and library a few years ago. Currently, the owner is renovating the roof to include solar panels, the covered porch and garage, adding garage seismic upgrades and EV hookups, a partial kitchen renovation, a new laundry and a new bath. One of the project goals is to preserve the character and details of the original home and add authentic detailing with energy efficient design features.
