Did you know that Environmental Stewardship is required under Seattle's current building code?
Residential design projects submitted to the Seattle and Bellevue permitting departments are required to demonstrate what green design principals are used on each project and how those building assemblies and systems comply with both the city and state energy code requirements. These requirements must be met to obtain a building permit for a Washington State residential project. This is no longer a choice in the Evergreen state.
