Project Description
In this 1906 urban corner lot home, the homeowners wanted to increase their home's size by lifting their existing home, excavating down and building a new lower floor for increased usable space. The design concept lifts the building, adds multiple windows for natural light, an exterior garden for egress to the rear yard, and complements the old world detailing of the existing structure.
